All booking confirmations and receipts will be sent 2 working days from when the cruise booking was made. Your confirmation invoice will be sent by email to the email address that was provided at the time of booking.
As all customer details are taken over the phone, you have a responsibility to make sure all the details of your holiday are correct when you receive your booking confirmation. It is very important that the names and dates of births of all passengers are 100% correct and match the details on your passport. When you receive your booking confirmation, please check through the details carefully and contact us immediately on 0800 368 8671 if any information is missing or incorrect, ideally within 24 hours of receiving your paperwork. You must notify us of any error made by Discover Cruising within 10 days of making a booking. Failure to do so may result in extra fees to correct errors.
Tickets will be sent via email or post no later than 7 days prior to departure although we do try and aim to get them to you 2-3 weeks prior where possible. Please ensure that you have logged on to your cruise line’s website and completed all the pre-cruise information that they require to enable us to access your tickets in a timely manner. Please go to the ‘manage my booking’ section for the cruise line website links.
For most packages, your balance is due 14 weeks prior to departure. The exact date will be on your confirmation invoice. To make payment, please call our team on 0800 368 8671, who can take payment using a debit or credit card.
We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance from the day your booking is made. Without having travel insurance in place from the day your holiday was booked, you will not be covered in the event of cancellation. Please make sure it covers you for all the destinations being visited and if travelling on one of our cruise packages that a cruise is also covered.
If you wish to make any amendments to your holiday, please call our team on 0800 368 8671. Any amendments can only be made by the lead passenger on the booking.
All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing by the lead passenger on the booking by email or post. Please email email@example.com or send it to Suite 17, Discover Cruising, Brinkworth House, Brinkworth, Wiltshire, SN15 5DF. Cancellations will be processed the day they are received if they are received within business working hours. If they are received outside business working hours, they will be processed the next day. Upon receipt we will contact the relevant suppliers of your holiday to ascertain the cancellation charges. We will then confirm the charges to you before cancelling the holiday.

When travelling to a foreign country you must a have a full and valid passport with at least 6 months validity on your passport after the date of your return or you may be refused boarding. If you do not hold a British passport, we regret that we cannot provide any information regarding passports and therefore passengers will need to check with the relevant embassy the requirements for your itinerary in order to travel. Please ensure that the names and initials on your flight & cruise tickets are the same as your passport.
It the passenger’s responsibility to obtain the needed visa’s for travel so please make sure you thoroughly check every destination you are visiting for Visa requirements, whether this is at the start or end of your holiday or any port visited.
